IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date. and SCS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 412(FIN) am S(brf fld) An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 412(FIN) am(brf pfld), thus adopting SCSCSHB412(FIN) am S (brf fld), and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 412(FIN) am(brf pfld)?
